Swapfig News: Version 0.3.5 + crowdfunding update

Version 0.3.5 + crowdfunding update

Project Swapfig has been updated to version 0.3.5 as of yesterday.

Probably the most significant update to the site is the behaviour of the Who Has? page, which - unbeknownst to me - completely broke when using Internet Explorer. In fact, I've hardly done any testing of Project Swapfig in Internet Explorer at all! Shame on me.

Other than that, you may have noticed the presence of the crowdfunding campaign on the home page. As I write, we're almost ten days deep and virtually on 33%'s doorstep - but there's been no activity at all during the last few days. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't concerned, but we're going to do something about it.

There's a special exclusive reward, in the form of a mystery minifigure, to the person who makes the most noise about our crowdfunding campaign, be it on Facebook, Twitter, online or elsewhere. All you have to do is encourage people to make a pledge, even if it's just for GBP 1 or GBP 5, or at the very least have them tell other people about the campaign. Use #Swapfig to increase your chances of winning! I'll be keeping an eye on online activity to determine the winner.
But remember: you'll only win the minifigure if we reach the target in the first place.

I've also added a landing page for the campaign to make life much easier: just point people to swapfig.com/crowdfunding or bit.ly/swapfigcf, and let the convenience buttons do the rest.
